Who Are We... The Enoch Olinga College of Intercultural Studies, Inc. is an online institute of  higher education, whose purpose is to provide the equivalent of a four-year college degree to students around the world who, for various reasons, have for trouble physically attending an accredited college or university. There is great demand for higher education in many parts of the world that cannot be met locally, due to limited resources, lack of qualified faculty and the expense of attending traditional brick-and-mortar institutions. The option of traveling to a foreign country for higher education is not available to more than a few people who can afford the time and expense. In addition, tightened security following the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States is making it increasingly difficult for many people to attend college in the U.S. and other Western countries. The above conditions also create difficulties for faculty. Professors from many parts of the world find limited employment opportunities in their native countries, as well as increasing obstacles to finding positions at colleges and universities in the U.S. and the West.
